Ответственность за разглашение конфиденциальных сведений в международном уголовном праве

Одним из наиболее часто встречающихся преступлений против отправления международного уголовного правосудия в практике международных уголовных судов является разглашение конфиденциальных сведений, которые в национальных правопорядках отнесены к категориям тайны следствия и судебной тайны. Общественную опасность этого деяния сложно переоценить-предание огласке таких сведений способно расстроить расследования международных преступлений и подвергнуть опасности жизнь и здоровье ключевых свидетелей. В настоящей статье предлагается анализ элементов данного преступления.
