Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Belarusian State University. She defended her thesis at the Moscow State University named after M. Lomonosov on the topic "Functions of diplomatic missions and their responsibilities in relation to the host country" (1968). Candidate of Legal Sciences (1968), Associate Professor (1980).

Founder and first head of the Department of International Law (1992-2003).

Since 2003 Professor of the Department of International Law at the Faculty of International Relations of the Belarusian State University.

Scientific interests: international humanitarian law, international law and domestic law.

Scientific and other professional activities:

24 Ph.D. theses have been successfully defended under scientific supervision.

Published more than 100 works of about 150 pp, including scientific editing and co-authorship in 4 collective monographs, author of 2 textbooks.

Repeated participant in international conferences on international law (Geneva (1992), Paris (1995, 1997), New York (1995), Vienna (1997, 2001), The Hague (1997 2000), Belfast (2000), Beijing (2006), Bergamo (2011)

Awards:

Badge of the Ministry of Education - Excellence in Higher Education (1999)

Prize of the President of the Republic of Belarus (2005)

Certificate of honor of the CIS Economic Court (2008)

Breastplate of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus - "Adznaka" 2nd degree (2010), 1st degree (2015).

She was repeatedly awarded with certificates of honor of the Ministry of Education and the rector of BSU.
