Abstract

In light of the recent judgments of the Constitutional court of the Russian Federation dealing with the issues of arbitration proceedings, the question about the nature of its constitutional and legal fundamentals, at the same time being significant principles of international commercial arbitration, becomes more and more pressing. This article focuses on such fundamentals and principles.
