Особенности применения статьи 76 Венской конвенции о договорах международной купли-продажи товаров 1980 г.

Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются особенности возмещения убытков, понесенных в результате неисполнения договоров купли-продажи товаров, в частности, договоров купли-продажи товаров между российскими и иностранными организациями в случае регулирования таких договоров Венской конвенцией о договорах международной купли продажи товаров.
