В статье приведены обозначение каботажа (9-ая «свобода воздуха») данные в соответствующих законодательных актах различных стран и их сравнительные черты, в связи с этим определение перспектив усовершенствования национального законодательства, комментарии теоретически – практических вопросов относительно правового регулирования, и даны определенные предложения.

The article reflects definition of cabotage in legislation of various counrties (9th freedom of air), and comparative features were shown, perspectives of definition of improvement of national legilation in this connection were defined and practical – theoretical issues of legal regulation were commented and proposals were given in this connection.
