В статье исследуются понятие, сущность и современная практика международно-правового сотрудничества в области морского пространственного планирования. На основе данного исследования формулируются предложения и рекомендации по совершенствованию международно-правовых основ сотрудничества России и Норвегии в Баренцевом море с целью оптимизации управления трансграничными ресурсами Баренцева моря в целом, в том числе в пограничном районе

This paper is devoted to the international law regulations of marine spatial planning, including the concept of marine spatial planning and current international cooperation in the field. More specifically, the research suggests recommendations on cooperation between Russia and Norway on managing the Barents Sea resources.
