The monograph by the president of the Association of legal maritime studies professor A.L. Kolodkin and his colleagues professor Gutsulyak V.N., Bobrova U.V. studies one of the oldest and at the same time currently rapidly developing field of international law – the International maritime law.The monograph successfully combines a detailed revision of the legal regime of the use of the World Ocean, Russian legislation regulation the regime of sea and practical recommendations of their further progress.
